The joys of coffee. I have recently discovered a new favorite. In fact it was just yesterday. My previous favorite was the Starbucks Sumatra. Dark, strong, rich flavor. For the last 2 years, I have been drinking Arvid Nordquist coffee from Sweden; my mother-in-law has been getting it for me. Quite good and enjoyable too, but I have been looking for something new. I'm tired of the coffee I have at home. Tired of the flavor at work.
Yesterday at Trader Joe's, their sampler stand had Cafe Pajaro blend and it knocked me off my feet. I had to buy 'my new favorite coffee'. I made some tonight and it still tasted good. And smells wonderful.
I can't wait to grind some more tomorrow morning as I head off early for church.
